Adore part of a beautiful vendor showcase at.the River Front Event and Wedding Venue to be at in MN.
When a new venue called on Adore Productions to plan a vendor showcase and a kick off to introduce the public to their new venue Mississippi Crossings, we jumped at the chance!
This gorgeous event space situated directly on the Mississippi River in Champlin MN is everything you'd possibly want in a place to host your wedding, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, anniversary, birthday, company meeting, and more! It's only 30 minutes from the Minneapolis Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis. More than that there are luxury Air BNB Condos steps away from the event space called The Bowline. Believe us when we tell you this space truly has everything you could want in a venue. No matter the season.
We invited fourteen select vendors to come along with us and be available to chat with in the space for a one day event and make the occasion even more special.
For months we created marketing videos incorporating the logos of the vendors involved and talking about the space. Everything we imagined and more came to life on a beautiful Saturday where guests were treated to "YES WAY ROSE" sampling while sitting in the "Rose' colored Sip and Shopping Boutique Room with Jenica Jewelry, Arte by Emily , and showcasing ADORE's decor rental line for parties by perfectly placed blush velvet chairs. Just steps away guests gandered and admired easy and elegant designs by Colby John Bridal, and Ivory Bridal Co.
When guests worked up an appetite touring the grounds and an enormous patio that looks directly on the River and ampitheater, small bites were offered from each caterer involved ( Chow Girls, The Look Out, and Marna's).
With all that water and dock space that gets put in in the summer you can bet the venue has a recommendation for who can cart your guests up and down the river in style. It's Your Boat Club to the rescue making it easy to have a cruise on the water a feature at your event.
After getting off a boat or eating a delicious meal you're going to need the entertainment to dance the night away. Bringing the nightclub entertainment to you, Generation Now has everything you need to not just have a playlist, but create dance and live entertainment you and your guests will not forget. On hand at this event was one of their Sales Directors and Prince's former touring DJ (Dustin Meyer/ DJ Dudley D).
Who will capture all the beautiful memories? No stone was left unturned to answer that question for you. Photographers Nicole Brittany of Weddings By Boudoir Photogrpahy MN and Ari Reynolds Photography showcased their skill with examples of work and snapped a few shots that I get to share with you here.
Robb Dinning of Real Def Studios has video work that speaks for itself in the amazing highlight reel he created of the event . Showing that even a professionally shot set of details can bring you back to remembering the beauty in a day.
What became the centerpiece to the ballroom was an incredible sweets and cake display by Something Sweet By Maddie Lu. From each sweet treat detail to an extravagant gorgeous buttercream cake the rave reviews were everywhere to be seen.
One of the highlights for ADORE was the launch of our lifestyle and event candle line and our Adore Magazine step and repeat. Three signature scents (Adore I, Adore II, and Adore III) were unveiled and included in our event and home decor retail line because we believe in everyone experiencing an event with the five senses. Guest were able to purchase candles at the event along with other lifestyle items.
Snap a pic on the Adore Magazine step and repeat (fancy name for backdrop) and chat with us about designing gorgeous events and weddings accessibly in style.
